In order to qualify for this ring, you must read and follow the instructions on this page.

Your site must not show any anti-Israel, anti-Israeli, or anti-Jewish sentiments of any kind for any reason. This is not to say you can't be critical of the Israeli government - one can do that and still love Israel (just ask the Israelis!). But whether or not you have specific mention of Israel on your page, you're joining this ring to show that you support Israel morally, if not financially, in her endeavors to free herself from any and all terrorists.

Your site must not contain anything contrary to the "laws" of common decency. No hate pages, no defamatory pages, and no libelous pages will be considered. No nudity, no porn, no obscenity, no warez or other copyright violations. No exploitation of minors, no terror advocacy, no drugs and no instructions on how to create or use weapons or drugs of any kind.

No commercial pages will be considered.

The URL you sign up with must be the URL the ring code is on. If it isn't, the Automatic Ring Checker will suspend your site. You must have a valid email address in your ring profile information. If your email bounces twice, your site will be deleted from the ring.

If you would like to join this webring, follow these instructions EXACTLY. Read all the instructions before you get started so you won't miss a step. When you click on the Join link or the image in the ring panel, a new window will open so you can keep referring back to this page while you go through the registration process.

1. Click the "Join Now" link above to go to the ring's add form.

2. Complete the form.

3. You will receive an email with your site ID and other ring information.

4. If this is only one of several rings you have on the specified page, and if you have the SSNB code on your site, then all that is left for you to do is email the ringmaster to give her the RING ID, your SITE ID, and the URL on which you have placed the ring code.

5. Go to your Edit Site Information page. The URL is in your submission email.

6. If this is the first ring to be placed on the specified page, or if the other rings on the page do not have the SSNB code, go to the Edit Site Information page and click the link to Navigation Wizard.

7. There will be a text box on the page containing the code you need to put on your page. The easiest way to highlight it in Windows is to place your cursor somewhere inside the box and press CTRL-A.

8. Copy the text in the box. The easiest way to copy the text in Windows is to type CTRL-C.

9. Open your page editor and move your cursor to the place where you want to put your ring code. Paste the code onto your page. The easiest way to paste text in Windows is to type CTRL-V.

10. Save your page and upload it to your website. Then email the ringmaster with the information specified in Step 4 above.

Soon you will receive an email from the ringmaster that will tell you whether your site is approved or denied. Sites are denied admission because the code is NOT on the specified page, because the applicant does NOT have a valid email address, because the applicant's page is inappropriate for the ring's theme, and because the site violates one of the ring rules.

If you move your ring code from the specified page without changing the information on your Edit Site Information page, your site will be suspended from the ring. If you change the content or character of your page so that one of the conditions stated above exist, your site will be suspended from the ring. If your site is suspended, you will be notified, and you will have three days to fix the problem.

I know this sounds like a pretty harsh penalty, but in order to keep the ring intact, fresh, and lively, these rules are necessary.
